ART

We have an art exhibition at school. The topic is "A Thousand Years of Women Painters" and my students and I visited it. I explained them what was the meaning of what they were seeing and then I asked them to choose a painting and make a little research on it. I am starting to see the results of their work, and I have to tell you that they're quite positive.
Anyway, I'm happy because we could see Frida's paintings, Tamara de Lempicka's, etc. Let's see what happens next...

Carnival is over... :-(

This is a Galician version of the peculiar Simpson's family.... The funny thing is that Homer is the shortest one. Funny, isn't it?
We can also see Judit and Catherine as Maggies, both of them really lovely, although they are more beautiful dressed in casual clothes.

Travelling...

I like travelling. My trip to the south Galician coast was absolutely wonderful... lovely weather, beautiful landscape and the best partner.

Where is the fairy?

Don't waste your time looking for her. She is not going to appear for you. She is probably playing hide and seek with an elf... lucky her!

Christmassssss

I hate Christmas. But I needed a rest. The last 3 months were quite hard for me, but I have to say that I have learned a lot from my students. And even from my mates... despite some of them should think about what they do and how they do it. How can we educate if we are rude and bad-mannered?
The Christmas party at school was fun, but exhausting. We could enjoy two theatre plays in English, and I have to say that the cast was excellent. I am very proud of them. They always came to the rehearsals very happy and motivated. They were very brave accepting this challenge. Thank you very much to all of them!

Rememeber that you are working in groups, so you have to consider other's opinions... and try not to make such noise in the classroom.. your teacher is becoming crazy!!
